· (First) Office Appointment to provide Executor with Advice (and information) and Executor’s
(comprehensive) Task Checklist;
· Receive ALL required – Will and Bank/Investment Statements, (typically by email or Regular Mail);
· Request for Probate drafted and (email) delivery for Executor’s approval;
· (Second) Office Appointment to sign Request;
· Further Legal Services, as requested AND required; and
· Delivery of Comprehensive Final Report.
